Hi Tweets,

Two first-of-year MARBLED MURRELETS were off the Edmonds public pier
this morning (4-18-10). Numbers of note included 200 WESTERN GREBES
and about 100 BRANT. Other first-of-year birds included a CASPIAN
TERN flying over Point Edwards and one BARN SWALLOW at the marsh.
Following up on yesterday's ORANGE-CROWNED WARBLER at the marsh, at
least two were seen at Point Edwards this morning. Birding friends
in Lynnwood reported BLACK-THROATED GRAY WARBLERS passing through
their yards yesterday so we particularly looked for them around the
hatchery and Point Edwards but did not see any this morning.

Good Birding,

Carol Riddell
