At about 10:00 am this morning, I had a MERLIN flying over Twin Lakes. It
was coming out of the general Dumas Bay Area. I have seen Merlins heading
in that direction in the late afternoon during the winter. Other raptors
over Twin Lakes today: a soaring COOPER'S HAWK and fly-by OSPREY (FOY) and
adult BALD EAGLE.
