Just to let everyone know who does not know and to remind those who do, a
weekly bird sightings list for the River "S" Unit of the Ridgefield NWR is
available on the Friends of the Refuge web site at
http://www.ridgefieldfriends.org/bird-sightings.php This is a list that is
updated at least three or four times a week and is the collaborative result
of at least eight birders. If you are wondering what birds are currently
being sighted at the refuge, this is the page to go to. While you are
there, check out the whole site which has been radically changed over the
last few months. You will be pleasantly surprised.
