If you are referring to the Skagit Game Range and West 90 parking areas, these require Fish & Wildlife parking permits.? Go on-line to https://fishhunt.dfw.wa.gov/ and buy a fishing license.? The parking permit is included, free.? For seniors it's cheap, even if you don't use the fishing license.? You can pay on-line with a credit card and immediately print out a temporary permit that you can use until you?receive yours in the mail.? Stores that sell fishing licenses?also have them, but you pay a little more.?
