I saw someone mention spotting a banded Pigeon on Vashon/Maury Island last week. Yesterday, there was this one on our beach in Des Moines, directly across from Maury Island & Pt. Roberts Lighthouse. There are always between 2-10 pigeons at any time hanging around on our beach, as well as the current contingent of migratory Brants and a few Goldeneye.
