I believe this is a bird related post, as the nation is turning its back on the Gulf, and BP and our agencies in charge of wildlife collection and monitoring begin to pull out. Please read this article and pay particular attention to the photos taken just two days ago, ten miles deep into the Barataria Bay estuary system. Oil continues to wash up on many of the beaches. The media is somehow listening to and reporting reports that are absolutely false in this critical time of continued need.
