I answer the e-mail at Seattle Audubon, and today I got a question from
a birder who saw a Blue Grouse when he visited Manning Provincial Park
in 1992. Now that Blue Grouse has been split, he is hoping to figure
out whether he saw a Dusky Grouse or a Sooty Grouse.

Does anyone know whether Dusky Grouse is the only species that occurs in
the park, or is this area in the zone of overlap between Dusky and
Sooty?
