I saw a leucistic barn swallow at the stormwater ponds on the Saint Martins College campus. The ponds are on the left when you drive into the 6th Ave SE entrance to St Martins from College ST SE. It has been hanging around both of the stormwater ponds with a group of barn swallows over the last few days. It is very pale but not completely white.
