Yesterday afternoon I saw a male Lazuli bunting along Lowell Riverfront Trail. The bunting was was. about 1 1/4 miles from the parking lot, along the paved path heading towards Everett (downstream). It was in the area where you first encounter the fence made of black landscape fabric hung on "t" posts. It was flitting from post to post.
For those who may remember, ten years ago or so, there was a palm warbler that Dave Beaudette found along this trail. This is probably useless information to most of you, but some folks will probably remember the palm warbler spot.
