Discovery today at lunchtime hosted a few migrants. Most noteworthy were two distinct groups of PURPLE MARTINS, and a couple more singles, totalling 14 birds, the best flight I've ever had. Most were high over the North parking lot and very vocal. Otherwise there were the usual migrants like W. Tanager, 5 warbler sp totalling 18 individuals, a couple Warbling Vireos and one CASSIN'S; three or so GC Kinglets also seemed migratory given habitat and circumstances.
