Hello, this is the Audubon Society of Portland Rare Bird Report. This report

The very elusive COMMON GROUD-DOVE on Sauvie Island continues to be
occasionally seen. The EE Wilson SWA YELLOW-BILLED SAPSUCKER continues to be
seen.

On November 25 a HARRIS?S SPARROW was in Brookings and a FRANKLIN?S GULL was
at nearby Lone Ranch State Park. On November 24 a TREE SPARROW was at
Millicoma Marsh at Coos Bay. A GLAUCOUS GULL, SNOWY EGRET, 24 MARBLED
GODWITS, and a LONG-BILLED CURLEW were at Coos Bay November 28. On November
26 a LONG-TAILED DUCK was on Yaquina Bay. A dark phased GYRFALCON was
reported November 25 at Tillamook Bay. A RUDDY TURNSTONE was seen November
26 on the Bay City Oyster Company jetty. A MOCKINGBIRD was at Twin Rocks
near Rockaway November 28.

On November 28 a RED-BREASTED MERGANSER was on the Columbia River at
Rainier. Five SURF SCOTERS and 3000 scaup were off the mouth of the Lewis
River November 27. On November 23 a BROWN PELICAN was in midtown Vancouver.
Two TRUMPETER SWANS were at Ridgefield NWR November 26. A EURASIAN
GREEN-WINGED TEAL was on Virginia Lake on Sauvie Island November 28.

Up to nine SURF SCOTERS and eight WHITE-WINGED SCOTERS continue to be seen
on Heyden Island near the I5 Bridge. On November 30 a CLAY-COLORED SPARROW
was nearby. The TUFTED DUCK was seen November 26 east of the I405 Bridge. A
LONG-TAILED DUCK was on Bybee Lake in North Portland November 28. A bright
male WILSON?S WARBLER was seen November 27 at Grand Ronde in Yamhill County.
On November 26 a ROSS?S GOOSE was at Philomath. The Eugene REDSTART was seen
again November 26.

On November 28 four WHITE-WINGED SCOTERS were in Cascade Locks. A late
OSPREY was at Warm Springs November 30. Another was in Bend the same day. On
November 29 a GRAY-HEADED JUNCO and a RED-BREASTED SAPSUCKER were in
Redmond. A SAY?S PHOEBE was in Prineville November 30. Three LAPLAND
LONGSPURS and two SNOW BUNTINGS were seen November 24 near Cove.
