Notify Bud Anderson at the Falcon Research Group.
I found one in downtown Bellingham last Sunday w/ band on right leg and blue wing tag on left wing.
I have good images.

Subject: [Tweeters] banded and tagged redtail on fir island just across the river from conway

hi:

i saw a banded and tagged redtailed hawk on fir island road today around three pm. the band was on the right leg. the tag was a black 6 (unless, of course, i'm as confused as usual, in which case it is a 9) on a blue oval background attached to the right wing with a yellow pin device. i have no idea who(m) to notify, so if anybody knows, please let me know. i got a so-so image (hadda shoot through the car window -- nikon glass does not work all that well with scion safety laminated glass) i can send along as well.

regards,

t
