A yellow-rumped warbler has been a near-constant visitor at my suet
feeder for the last several weeks. Today a Townsend's warbler showed
up as well.

In non-warbler news (and with apologies to those who are weary of
hearing about sightings of this species), I saw a scrub jay foraging
in the brush near the intersection of Valley and Aurora.
