While driving south on highway 17 this afternoon, having just left Othello, we were surprised to see a pair of Bald Eagles flying north just as we were approaching the Kinder Gardens farm. The one in the lead was a mature, unmistakable baldy, while the second one, of the same size, must have been a juvenile. Perhaps you see more of these birds in other areas, but I'm not aware of many around Othello. It's the first time I remember seeing one around here, but then with my frequent travels I'm not always around here either. Perhaps they were just passing through. We turned around and went back hoping for another view, but were not able to find them again.

Blessings,

Erik.
