While not finding the Rough-legged Hawk seen a few days ago along Neal Rd. in Fall City, I did find one near the intersection of SE 19 W and W. Snoqualmie River Rd. SE., which is accessed via 324 Ave. SE, west of Fall City from Hwy 202 (Redmond-Fall City Rd.). The spot is not far from Neal Rd., though on the other side of the Snoqualmie River, so it could be the same bird. No luck on the Black-billed Magpie.
