While not unusual for the Seattle area, it is unusual to have a wintering
hummingbird here at Snoqualmie Pass. This is the first time that anyone up
here has seen a hummingbird between the end of September and middle of
march.

Many of you know where I live and during the summer its not a huge deal for
people to check out my feeders. However, during the winter I would ask that
you try to email me ahead of time, if planning on stopping by...



The feeder where the Hummingbird is coming to is not easily visible from the
street. You might likely need to come up closer to the house for viewing.
Also, its not very safe to park a car on the street as there is a fair
amount of traffic with skiers and such..
