A bit late for this report but I was waiting for the photos, since a previous "sighting" was probably a plastic milk jug, but this was a REAL Snowy Owl, photographed at Sandy Point in Whatcom County, on January 12.
It's a young bird and I've received only the one report.

I forget which list serve I can send photos to or not so just e-mail me if you'd like to see it. Don't wish to get 'chewed out' again.
