There was a "common" green-winged Teal just off the road on the Ridgefield
NWR auto-tour today around 11am. I noticed it had been posted on the recent
sightings board seen as of Feb. 6th but was still pleasantly surprised to
find one. It was in the northwest corner of the auto-tour just after the
sharp left in front of a gate, and in a pond on the left side of the road.
I believe that it is approximately post number 5 and well before the blind.
