Whose banding Flickers??? U banded an old freind of ours as we believe he was here last year and he is rather tame. He is a Red Shafted, red cheek patch and a red "V" mark on his nape. On his Right leg he has two bands marked silver/orange and on the Left leg he has two bands blue/orange. This is the 21st of FEB at 11AM in Anacortes WA. After lunch there appeared a similiar marked bird but no bands. For more info and possible picutres feel free to contact me.
