I've just added an owling session this Saturday night 2-27 from 5:30 - 7:30 pm at
Lincoln Park
If you would like to join us we will be meeting at the kiosk at the NORTH parking lot on
Fauntleroy Wy. at 5:30 pm. If you would like to come I would appreciate
an estimate of how many people would be in your party to attempt to
manage group size. If I have enough people I would hope to add
additional sessions. That said, I won't turn people away if they just
show up.

-Spring is springing and we will also see a couple of the earlier
wildflowers by flashlight.

Yesterday evening the Barred owls started with one of their alternate vocalizations
between 6 and 6:30 pm. Screech Owls are a possibility, but much less likely.

In case you wanted clearer directions to the north parking lot here goes:
Class meets at Lincoln Park at the kiosk at the NORTH
parking lot (across from Rose St).

Coming from the north it is the first parking lot on the light about 1/4
mile south of the 76 gas station and traffic light there. Go just past the next traffic light and the parking lot is on the right (west).

Coming from the south it is the second parking lot on the left and about
1/4 mile north of the Fauntleroy Ferry Terminal
