Dear Ken and Tweeters,

Thanks again for helping out on this problem, Ken. Thanks also to Rob Faucett, who strove to find a way for me to read the document.

I solved it by going to Adobe's website and downloading a newer, free version of Acrobat Reader. It took a while to install, but now it works on my shaky computer. Now I can look at all the merry statistics!

Thanks as always to Ken and Laurie for producing this fun document--way more entertaining than the sports page, or even the Sunday funnies.
