Have you considered using eBird?? www.ebird.org
Its all the web, compatible with pretty much any modern computer/browser combination, and they make it pretty easy to enter records.? Plus theres some great collaboration tools which automatically share your sightings and records with the rest of the community, etc etc.

Discovery Park is struggling with almost forty years worth of bird records.? The current system we are using is cumbersome to enter and to retrieve records.? Does anyone have experience, and or suggestions for a good bird record's database? It needs to be PC compatible and volunteer compatible.? You may respond directly to my email.? Thanks for your assistance.

PS The Red-naped Sapsucker is still feeding in Discovery.
