Subject: [Tweeters] Brandt's Cormorants and Harlequins at Vashon dock

On the Seattle Audubon field trip to Vashon Island this morning there were good views and close comparisons of all three cormorants. A group of 5 Harlequin males also came in close. A group of 15 plus Brant geese were moving from about half way across to close to Vashon. Farther south on Island, the Tramp Harbor fishing pier was dependable as usual for Eared Grebe, of which there at least four and probably more spread among the small flocks of Horned Grebes.
