Subject: [Tweeters] Birding Places on Google Maps

I recently noticed that Google Maps for Mobile (from your mobile
browser m.google.com) has the ability to import Google Maps saved on a
PC into the mobile version, with turning on and off easily available
(at least on my BlackBerry).

So I have started making (stealing?) maps of decent birding locations
in Puget Sound and elsewhere. Not being one that likes the idea of
stealing, but I have yet to get sign on of the parties responsible.

But it is a huge undertaking. There are a million locations just in
Puget Sound alone and I am sure about having a billion easily found in
the world. I am looking for both help and support for this project,
just to be able to make it useful to others.

Please email me if you are interested.
