Rob and others,
The number one solution for preventing flickers from excavating in homes is
to provide artificial cavities. It's that simple. Put up a flicker box or
two near the excavation site. If they continue to excavate, you resort to
scaring devices (mylar strips, CDs, etc.) or netting to protect the favored
area of the house.
