Subject: Ruddy Ducks at Green Lake



Hi Tweeters,

A week or so ago, Gene Hunn's posted an informative summary of
the birds in the Seattle area CBC counts over the past many years on
Tweeters. I noted that Ruddy Ducks among several other are a declining
species. So I noted with interest today that there were four Ruddy Ducks at
the north end of Green Lake. It's true, we don't see as many of them as we
used to on the west side of the mountains.
