Jeff:

I noted some SNOW GEESE over Everett also on Sunday. One group of about 80 was over the Grand Ave entrance to Am Legion Park (overlooking salt marsh below), another group of about 30 was over the north Everett boat launch. One HERRING and one THAYER'S GULL there, too. One male TOWNSEND'S WARBLER in a mixed flock along mid-Grand Avenue (the little roadside park there with benches overlooking the Everett waterfront) also seen, we did not have one (from this territory) on the CBC.

For you fans of Texas birding, word has it that the BARE-THROATED TIGER-HERON (what a cool name) made it onto a Fox News broadcast yesterday I guess. This first bird for N. Am. has been hanging out of the levee and nearby at Bentsen Rio-Grande State Park, seen by multitudes, there's plenty of other good birds (as always) down that way, too.
