Hi Tweeters,

My sister raises free range chickens. She just found one of her "girls" decapitated. The hen was still warm when she found her but partially plucked already.It was a white chicken that was killed but she also saw a pile of brown feathers nearby as if the preditor had made a strike on the brown hen first. Who would have gone after a domestic chicken? eagle?,cooper's?, red-tail?
