Took a short trip to South Monroe and Kamp Korey today to chase some birds.

At Crescent Lake in the large field south of the lake I found the
White-throated Sparrow and Swamp Sparrow that Steve Pink noted a few days
ago. Also, found the Yellow-headed Blackbird in a large flock of blackbirds
and Starlings on 190th SE (off of Tualco Road). Dipped on the Meadowlarks
and the Scrub-jay.

Then drove to Kamp Korey where a birder was on the Tule Goose - made this an
easy spot.

Had a great day seeing these and some other wonderful birds.
