To add something to the conversation, I saw a Great Horned Owl take down a
badger once. It did not try to fly off with it until after it had eaten some
and it seemed to struggle with the load. I doubt it was a full-grown badger (I
can't be sure, but it seems hard to fathom). Regardless, it was something very
impressive to watch. A badger is still a badger after all!
