There is what appears to be an eagles' nest in one of the tall,
deciduous (currently leafless) trees about two feet from the north side
of Hwy 508 (Lewis County) between mileposts 16 and 17--almost straight
across from the llama farm driveway/gate.

Today at 2:30, there were two adult eagles in the tree--one on each side
of the nest. At 4:30, there was one eagle there.

My neighbor says the nest is not new, so perhaps I did not notice it
because there had not been eagles in the tree when I passed there
previously.
