I ride my bike to work in South Kirkland and I take a bus over 520 every
morning and afternoon. Being on a bus offers a bit of a height
advantage so I can see lots of birds on the water.

I saw a duck like bird that looks very much like a Common Murre on the
lake this last week. There were four or five and then fewer, but I saw
one on Thursday.

According to Cornell they spend their winters at sea. Has anyone else
seen these??
