Hi Tweets - Late this afternoon, while photographing an American Bittern in the Peters Road wetland (just west of Randle in rural Lewis County), a Gray Catbird began calling while I played the AMBI tape. I tracked down the GRCA and photographed it, too. I believe the GRCA is a county first record for Lewis County. The bird favored the lone tree next to a cattle gate on Peters Road, just south of the (only) bridge, on the east (Randle side) of the pavement.
