Hello Tweeters,

Today I ran into a pair of Bullocks Orioles in Magnuson Park just south of the the tennis courts. They were frolicking between a large stand of blackberries and the surrounding trees at the base of kite hill. This is a first for me at this location.

Also of note was the Spotted Sandpiper family (two adults and two chicks) feeding in the wetland area. They are easy to locate due to their continuous calling to each other.

A Purple Finch also made an appearance.

At the Fill there was a Greater Yellowlegs in Shovelers Pond as well as numerous Least Sandpipers.

I haven't had time to process the photos yet but will post them when that's complete.

BED TIME!!

Good Birding
