I was able to sneak in a quick hour this morning up at Rattlesnake Lake(exit
32-North Bend) and saw the usual birds hanging out. But right when I was
leaving I saw a lone Common Loon about 20-30 feet off shore enjoying the
cool water. He must have known it was going to be warm today(89 degrees
right now).
