Subject: [Tweeters] Barred owls in Duvall

Last Saturday, three of us had the distinct pleasure of watching a trio of
barred owl teenagers playing around in the woods. They were not afraid of us
in the least and it was fun to watch at close range how they played with
sticks, jumped over each other, practiced bug hunting skills, sized up a
teenage towhee, climbed up boughs and other things that teenaged owls do.
They were eventually called deeper into the woods for dinner.
