Monday, July 12 - on the way back from the WOS Blue Mtn trip, one Whimbrel seen on the mud at the Walla Walla River delta at about 4:30pm today. It was moving about amongst all the gulls. Tim Durnell, Jeff Jendro, and I all got looks at the bird. There was also one small shorebird, but I left it un-ID'd due to distance and wind.
