Subject: [Tweeters] Waxwings at Tumwater Valley golf course

Was walking the back nine at Tumwater Valley and in front of the 17th tee is
a pond and just before it a mid sized western red cedar. The was a small
flock of waxwings--took for granted they were cedar waxwings--perching in
the tree and flying out to catch insects from the air. Watched them for
about 2-3 minutes as several birds would fly out, hover and catch flying
insects before returning to the perch at the tree.
