Matt -

Summer Tanager is on the WOS list - I think perhaps you are thinking of
Scarlet Tanager that might be on the WA Birder list but not the WOS list?
The "Western Flycatcher" situation remains unsettled so WOS may want to wait
a bit to tackle that. Field work is still in progress with likely follow up
publications to the Rush et al. paper mentioned earlier by Gene Hunn. I
believe it is already on the AOU CLC's radar and some are betting that when
all is said and done Cordilleran/Pacific-slope Flycatcher will be lumped.
