Whoa!! What an Incredible piece of footage!! Have no idea what the snake
is, ...BUT... the woodpecker involved is NOT a Pileated, but rather looks
to me like an adult male Crimson-crested Woodpecker which is fairly common
in the western lowland tropics from Panama to Peru.

Clip titled: "Pileated Woodpecker Battles Green Snake in Ichetucknee
Springs State Park in Northern Florida." I google searched the state park
thinking maybe that was some place in southern Central or South America, and it
turns out that there is indeed such a place in northern Florida.

Still, despite the mismatch, this clip is quite worth a riviting heart
stopping few minutes of your time!
