Any questions? Ask the Sierra Club why they aren't crucifying OBAMA for DITHERING and dodging and equivocating the way Bush was crucified for LOUISIANA'S Governor's failure to ask "timely" for Federal help regarding a NATURAL event! Remember, we are a "nation" of 50 states. A governor MUST ask for Federal help; the Feds have NO authority to "invade" a state without such request.
