Hello,
Sadly for me, neck arthritis now means that I aggravate nerves in the neck by doing innocent things such as tilting back my head to peer up into treetops through binoculars at birds. Doing this makes my hands and fingers tingle and become numb. *sigh* Short of lying on the ground and staring straight up (not a good idea, say, in a parking lot), I was wondering, anyone else coping with limited neck mobility/binocular use/uncooperative warblers that do not perch conveniently at shoulder height? Just thought I'd ask--I can't be the only one no longer allowed to suffer "warbler's neck"... thanks.
