hi ... an adjustable lawn chair isn't a cure-all, but it will work
for birding in certain locations ... I have a similar one which I
have used for years ... I use mine to look at the
stars/constellations at night but it should work for birds too ...
it's light-weight (7 lbs) to carry --- you can even fashion a carry
strap ... it tilts you at a nice angle too and is easy to use
binoculars with ... the back is high enough to support your head
well, and while my fingers occasionally go numb holding my binoculars
up, at least the rest of me is comfortable ... I got mine many many
suns ago at Camping World ... here's the one they have listed now ...
it even looks more comfortable than mine !!!!!!!
