Hi Tweets,

Thanks to all of you who posted yesterday about the various
flycatchers at Marymoor Park. Bill and I did find the Least Flycatcher at
about 6:45am at the same location as yesterday (Dog Central). It was
singing enthusiastically and we got a good look at the bird. We failed on
the other two flycatchers, but while gazing around the east meadow in
pursuit of them, at 7:45am we were treated to the sight of a Barn Owl
cruising the length of the meadow, being harassed all the while by a
Red-winged Blackbird. It was heading right toward us, but veered at the
last minute and disappeared behind some large cottonwoods. What a thrill!
