Keith and tweeters,

I recently spent some time touring northeast and north central Oregon.
Virtually every rural town and even some farmsteads way out in the middle of
nowhere had Eurasian Collared-Doves on hand. Still, I've only had one visit
my yard near Tenino, a couple of years ago. Right now, I would take a few
in trade for the 30 Band-tailed Pigeons gorging at my feeders.

Hello, Of late there have been several pair of EURASIAN COLLARED DOVES at
Ocean Shores, as well as pairs at Ocean City, Burrows Road, the mouth of
Grass Creek, along Paulson Road at Bowerman Basin and at Hoquiam. Last year
during 7 months of daily work around the harbor, I only noted birds at Ocean
Shores.
There was a male Red-necked Phalarope at the Game Range on 9 June.
