I stopped by this morning around 8:45 and the Stilt was still there. He
could be seen fairly well from the second pullout on M street although
occassionlly he was hidden behind the tall grass.

There were also 4 Blue-winged Teal amid the ducks and a couple of swifts at
a distance that may have been Black Swifts.
