Yesterday and today there have been two eastern kingbirds on Bachelor Island, Ridgefield NWR. Although this area is not opened to the public I feel this is a part of a larger kingbird movement seen up and down the State. If there are kingbirds on the island there could be kingbirds along Lower River Rd or further north along the river.
