Seeing three peregrines in one spot is good. We've got seven pairs around the Seattle area, and probably some floaters and immatures as well. As to which ones you saw and what they were up to, for that we would need a bit more information on age, sex, exact behavior, etc. To my knowledge none of the falcons in town have laid eggs yet. I would expect immatures and breeding-age adults (floaters) to be chased off by the highly territorial adults right now.
