While visiting my dad in Marysville over the weekend, a male Northern Flicker Intergrade came to his suet feeders several times. It has yellow shafts, a crescent nape and red malars. I saw an identical bird at his feeders at Christmas and am wondering how common intergrades are and if this could be the same bird. Needless to say, it's an absolutely spectacular bird.

There was also a Pink-sided Junco among the many other Juncos who came to his feeder.
