The two Sandhill Cranes reported by J. Lemons yesterday were still in the flooded field west of Emerald Downs this morning at 10:50 am.

Thanks to Mr. Lemons for reporting another great sighting at the Emerald Downs flooded field, which is the very model of a successful wetland, albeit unplanned and unprotected.
